Problem

Creators and small teams juggle too many tools — one app to write posts, another to store media, separate logins per network, and manual copy-paste for scheduling. FloAI targets that fragmentation: one signed-in studio to draft content, attach media, pick networks, and publish or schedule without leaving the product.

Constraints

Solo/small-team build; must satisfy each platform OAuth, redirect URI, and App Review rules; prod host at www.floai.studio; no secrets in UI; read-only Inbox v1 where reply APIs are not approved yet.

Approach

Monorepo-style Next.js app with App Router, MUI theming, Prisma models for users/content/media/inbox, and a publish registry mapping each platform to connect + publish handlers. Profile holds OAuth connections; Create and Media Library drive compose and publish dialogs; calendar + schedule modal persist timed posts; cron routes handle scheduled publish and inbox sync.

Outcome

Live SaaS with authenticated Create, Media Library, calendar, Profile integrations strip, and native publish paths for major networks. Prod smokes completed for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook Page; unified Inbox syncs vendor comments/mentions where APIs allow.

Signals

15+ publish routes in registry. Prod publish verified on LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook Page (May 2026). Compliance URLs live. Vendor App Review ongoing for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, X.
